Casey Anthony Released From Jail

In the words of Antoine Dodson: “Hide yo’ kids!” Acquitted, albeit highly-suspected, child murderess Casey Anthony is back on the loose almost two weeks after a Florida jury found her not culpable in the death of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee. The tot disappeared from the Anthony Family’s Orlando home in 2008 and wasn’t seen again until her skeletal remains were found in a wooded area several miles away later that year.

To the boos, hisses, and jeers of an angry mob, Anthony walked out of jail on Sunday morning a free woman. She was accompanied by her attorney, Jose Baez (Now perhaps the world’s most hated legal eagle since Johnny Cochran…) and a legion of armed officers.

You know, to frighten away any of the aforementioned angry mobsters who may have become tempted to maim/kill/hang Casey at the drop of a hat.

The Casey Anthony trial has been dominating headlines all summer and much like swindler Bernie Madoff a couple of years ago, it looks like the former party girl will be a big hit at All Hallow’s Eve parties this fall. Macy’s, which carries the pink ruffled Lauren by Ralph Lauren shirt Casey was wearing when she was found not guilty earlier this month has been flying off shelves all over the country.

“I guess people saw what Casey was wearing on television and they immediately started coming into our store to buy that same pink shirt saying they wanted it as their Halloween costume. We’ve ordered a bunch more in other locations, and every time we get more, it gets sold within hours,” says one employee at Macy’s Beverly Center in Hollywood.
