T-Pain to Perform in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi


T-Pain, whose real name is Faheem Rasheed Najm, is headed to India for the annual Hip Hop Hustle event.

The 25-year-old rapper, record-producer and actor's visit is being arranged by Vh1 India in collaboration with New York based Komposit Entertainment.

Says T-Pain on his association with 'Tuborg Vh1 Hip Hop Hustle', "I am really excited to come to India and meet my fans. I am aware that the Hip Hop culture in the country is really big and am looking forward to play in Mumbai, Pune and Delhi. I would like to thank Vh1 and Tuborg for this opportunity. I hope my fans are ready to party."

Born in Tallahassee, Florida, the rappa turnt sanga turned his bedroom into a music studio using a keyboard and a beat machine at the age of 10... after that there was no looking back. In 2005, T-Pain created a lot of buzz with his first single 'I'm Sprung'. The artist has given to his audiences a whole lot of chartbusters like "Bartender", "Buy You a Drank", "Good Life", "Blame it" & "Low". He won Grammy Awards for the Best Rap song in 2008 and for the Best R&B song in collaboration with Jamie Foxx in 2010.

The southern soulster has teamed up with top artists such as Akon, Kanye West, T.I., Flo-Rida and Lil Wayne to produce numerous multi-platinum selling hits.
