Hey Charlie, this is not winning!
The King of All Warlocks has five kids, but none of his exes are crazy enough to let him have custody of them. There is, however, a custody battle raging over a dog he shared with ex-wife Denise Richards, TMZ.com reports. The ex-Bond Babe is furious that Charlie branded her a “dog thief” in a tweet heard around the Interwebs this week. That’s because she says Charlie is a dog abuser, who caused the death of her beloved pug last year.

When the volatile pair called it quits about five years ago, Charlie kept their two pugs so that the former couple’s two daughters — Sam and Lola could play with them when they visited (despite the fact Denise had owned the dogs before marrying Charlie).
“Things were ok for a while, but after Charlie’s meltdown at the Plaza hotel in NYC, Denise started getting calls that the pugs were malnourished and neglected,” TMZ spies spilled on Monday.
Denise took the dogs back, but sadly one of them died of malnutrition not long after. The other dog survived and has remained at Denise’s. Now Charlie wants it back…to serve as a mascot on his tour bus.
“We must bombard with Warlock Napalm, that traitor and loser whore #DUH -neese POOR-ARD. A VILE KIDNAPPER AND NOW DOG THIEF. HATE,” he recently Tweeted.
Denise says there is no way she’ll give up the surviving pug, since Charlie can’t even look after himself or his kids, let alone a dog.
