Prince William Kate Middleton Stamps

Wills and Kate are getting stamped.

On Tuesday, Britain’s Royal Mail revealed that the UK will be celebrating Prince William’s April 29 wedding to Kate Middleton with a new set of Royal Wedding Commemorative stamps that will feature the sweethearts in their official engagement portraits — snapped by famed fashion and celebrity photog Mario Testino. The two stamps replicate Kate and William’s official engagement portrait taken in the Royal Council Chamber, while the second is a less formal shot snapped in the Palace’s Cornwall Room. The collectibles have been approved by the bride and groom and will be released on April 21, the birthday of Queen Elizabeth II. Each of the stamps will be available for pre-order beginning April 7. William has been featured on stamps twice before — to mark the Queen Mother’s 100th birthday on August 4, 2000, and three years later to mark his 21st birthday.

Meanwhile, the Transport for London — the city’s mass transit agency — have also announced that William and Kate will also grace special commemorative transit cards ahead of next month’s nups at Westminster Abbey.
