Carla Bruni Confirms Pregnancy

France’s first lady Carla Bruni has confirmed she is expecting a child with French President Nicolas Sarkozy.

The model-actress earlier refused to comment on reports speculating around her pregnancy.

Dailystar.co.uk reports Bruni is expecting her first child with Sarkozy and that her pregnancy is “unexpected and unhoped for”.

She is believed to be more than five months pregnant, but when quizzed about the child’s gender, Bruni said: “That I don’t even know myself. There are certain things which one should keep secret.”

Bruni, 43, is already a mother to a son, Aurelian, from a previous relationship. President Sarkozy has three sons.

Eric Dane Rebecca Gayheart Expecting Second Child

In May, Grey’s Anatomy actor Eric Dane noted that there was no change “more dramatic” than that of a woman becoming a mother for the first time. We guess that means there are plenty of “dramatic changes” headed to the House of McSteamy.

Dane and his wife Rebecca Gayheart (You may know her as the “Noxzema Girl…”) are expecting their second child, loose-lipped squeals tell PEOPLE. The couple is staying tight-lipped, but Word on the Curb has it that a new arrival is will definitely be joining the couple’s 16 month-old daughter Billie Beatrice, whom Gayheart, 39, and Dane, 38, welcomed last year.

Keri Russell Pregnant Again

Actress Keri Russell — often confused with Noxzema Girl doppelganger Rebecca Gayheart — is expecting her second child with husband Shane Deary. The couple, who married on Valentine’s Day 2007, already has one son, River, 4. Russell once said that becoming a mom helped make her more sensitive to the needs of children.

“You become a mom and you sort of think, ‘Is it going to change everything?’ But it doesn’t. You still like what you like,” Keri told Hoda Kotb and Kathie Lee Gifford on The TODAY Show back in Nov. 2009. “But I think the one thing is it makes you very sensitive and in tune to kids. If any kid is in peril, you’re like, ‘That’s my kid!’”

Aishwarya Rai Pregnant

After dozens of false baby bump reports over the years, variously triggered by sumptuous dinners, lack of exercise or a ill fitting dresses, Aishwarya Rai has a bun in the oven for real, confirmed by none other than Pa-In-Law Amitabh Bachchan.

Aishwarya, 37, and Abhishek Bachchan, 35, who celebrated their fourth wedding anniversary this April, are expecting their first child together.

"T 410 -NEWS NEWS NEWS !! I AM GOING TO BECOME A GRANDFATHER .. AISHWARYA EXPECTING .. SO HAPPY AND THRILLED !!!" Amitabh shared his excitement with his twitter fans around midnight of June 20.

Amitabh's next tweet said:

"The child of Abhishek and Aishwarya shall be the first Bachchan of the generation after my brother and me ..."

"Clarifying : Amitabh and Ajitabh , first generation Bachchan ... then Abhishek and Bhim and now Abhisheks and Aishwarya's ..."

Abhishek Bachchan, who can get fairly chirpy on Twitter, has so far let his father do the talking.

Aishwarya's visit at Cannes 2011 last month had sparked fresh pregnancy rumors as she had looked curvier than her usual self and had walked the red carpet in dresses with a belly covering flap.

More recently, pregnancy rumors surfaced during her appearance at the Prix de Diane Longines at Hippodrome de Chantilly in France on June 12, where her two piece dress had a loose top and she was seen frequently covering her stomach with her hand.

Aishwarya is currently filming for Madhur Bhandarkar's Heroine, which rolled on June 7 on a 45 day start-to-finish schedule.

Aishwarya, who has not signed any other film, may not be seen on the silver screen for a long time following the release of Heroine in February 2012.

L-Boogie’s got another bun in the oven. Grammy Award-winning singer/rapper Lauryn Hill is pregnant with her sixth child. The former Fugee –- who already has five children, Zion David-Nesta, 13, Selah, 12, Joshua, nine, John, seven, and three-year-old Sarah with on/off partner Rohan Marley –- announced her news at the end of her concert at Detroit’s Chene Park on Saturday night.

“I keep having these children. I don’t know if I’m the most fertile woman in America. I’m going to be taking time off to give birth,” she told the crowd.

Alum Ana Ortiz Pregnant Again

Actress Ana Ortiz is expecting her second child with musician husband Noah Lebezon.

The former star of the now-defunct TV dramedy Ugly Betty spilled the beans about the pending arrival of her bouncing baby boy in a chat with Latina.com this week.

Ortiz and Lebezon — who wed in 2008 after meeting on a blind date — are already proud parents of a little girl. Their daughter Paloma will celebrate her second birthday next month. They’re still working on a name for their son.

Fans should keep a lookout for Ana, 40, in her next gig: A multi-episode guest arc on the HBO series Hung, airing this fall.

The baby will be the first child for Lamas and her blogger husband of one year, Nik Richie, co-founder of TheDirty.com.

In 2008, Lamas won the 12th season of The Bachelor after accepting the coveted “Final Rose” from Londoner Matt Grant. The couple split that July. A couple of years later, in April 2010, Lamas wed Richie, just hours after their first meeting, at the Little White Wedding Chapel in Las Vegas.

On Wednesday, the Emmy-winning funnygal announced that she is currently about five months pregnant with her second child, just as her 30 Rock co-star, actor Alec Baldwin, confirmed that the NBC comedy will sign off after six seasons at the end of the 2011-2012 season. Fey, 40, dished on the happy news during a taping of an episode of The Oprah Winfrey Show, set to air Tuesday, April 12. Tina was on hand to promote the release of her new memoir, Bossypants, also dropping on Tuesday. A rep for the actress, writer, producer, and Saturday Night Live alum (Whew!) later confirmed the announcement in a statement.

Tina and her husband, composer Jeff Richmond, are already the parents of a 5-year-old daughter named Alice.

Emily Deschanel Pregnant

Bones star Emily Deschanel is joining the Hollywood Baby Brigade.

The actress, 34, is expecting her first child with husband David Hornsby, a writer and actor, the couple’s rep told PEOPLE Thursday.

Emily and David — best known for his role on It’s Always Sunny in Philadelphia — began dating in 2007 and tied the knot last September.

Deschanel is due later this year.

Kelly Brook Is Pregnant

Playboy model and actress Kelly Brook has announced that she is expecting her first child, a baby girl, with boyfriend Thom Evans.

The surprise announcement comes just four months after the couple started dating and days after Brook was spotted filming an advertisement looking toned and trim in a crop top and tights.

The 31-year-old British beauty took to Twitter to make the announcement, writing, “Thom and I are happy to announce we are expecting a baby girl. We are delighted.”

It will be the first child for both of them and Brook recently had her three month scan.

Brook and the 25-year-old former rugby player were first seen together during her London birthday celebrations in November last year.

Brook has been in Los Angeles since the start of January, working on various campaigns including her swim-wear range for New Look and a new collection of trainers that she’s endorsing for Reebok.

She’s been capitalising on her increasing profile in the US since her bikini-clad appearance in successful schlock-horror ‘Piranha: 3D’ last year.

Brook, who has dated Hollywood stars Jason Statham, Billy Zane, rugby player Danny Cipriani and Glee star Matthew Morrison in the past, is famed for her natural curves.

Brook had grabbed headlines last year after she received half-a-million USD for her Playboy shoot.

She had also bared it all for an underwater scene in the film Piranha 3D.

Beckhams `still in shock` over baby girl news

Pregnant Victoria Beckham and her husband David were shocked to learn they’re set to welcome a baby girl.

The singer-turned-fashion designer is due to give birth in the summer and recently discovered she’s carrying a much-longed for daughter.

The soccer ace has now spoken out about their impending arrival, insisting the famous family is delighted to be welcoming a little girl at last.

“Obviously, we’re very lucky to be expecting again, and this is the first time I’m going to say it: It’s a little girl,” a website quoted the footballer as saying at Los Angeles Galaxy’s annual fan luncheon.

“We’re still in shock. Obviously, having three boys, you kind of expect another one, so finding out a little girl is in there is surprising, but, obviously, we are over the moon. Our three boys are happy and excited, and Victoria is doing well,” he said.

The couple is already parents to Brooklyn, 11, Romeo, eight and Cruz, five.

Jewel Crash: Pregnant Singer “OK” After Collision With Fire Truck

Singer-songwriter Jewel, who is expecting her first sonwith her rodeo champ Ty Murray, was involved in a two-car collision with a fire engine in a small town outside Dallas on Friday.

The Grammy-nominated “Foolish Games” singer, 36, narrowly escaped serious injury when a volunteer fire truck smashed into the passenger side of her vehicle during an early morning crash in Stephenville, Texas, 100 miles southwest of Dallas.

According to Jewel’s rep: “The singer was taken to the hospital and current medical tests conducted indicate that she and the baby are doing fine.”

In January, Jewel and Murray, a nine-time rodeo cowboy and Dancing With The Stars alum, have said they were ecstatic about the pregnancy and were thrilled to be having a boy.

“We would have been happy either way, of course, but we are so excited to be having a little boy,” Jewel told PEOPLE at the time.

“I have to admit, I was doing a little dance on our way out of the doctor’s office when we found out!” Murray chimed in.

Alyssa Milano has revealed that her unborn baby is already keeping her up all night. Appearing at the premier of Hall Pass in Los Angeles on Wednesday, she explained to People, “I feel really good but I’m not sleeping great because of the many trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. “So, I don’t know. I feel good, but if there’s a time I feel like I need to slow down, I will.” She added that choosing what to wear has become easier since falling pregnant. “I’m not as body conscious or concerned with the way I look,” she said. “It’s more about what’s going to be comfortable versus what looks flattering. It’s a whole different world that I’m enjoying a lot.” With her first trimester out of the way, she said that she is planning to start preparing for the baby soon. “Everyone says don’t do anything the first trimester, because God forbid something happens,” she said. “So, I haven’t really done anything. I’m going to New York to do a part in New Year’s Eve, and I’ll be back home in three weeks, so I figure I’ll start then.”
