Academy Award-winning actress Reese Witherspoon is a Mrs. again after tying the knot with beau Jim Toth in a candlelit weekend ceremony outside Los Angeles.
The silver screen star exchanged wedding vows with hotshot agent at the actress’ 7-million-dollar estate in scenic Ojai, California on Saturday, PEOPLE Magazine has learned. Witherspoon first flashed her 4-carat, $250,000 engagement ring at a Lakers game late last year. It didn’t take long for reps for the pair to confirm news of the engagement. Toth holds a Bachlelor Degree in political science from Loyola Marymount University. He hails from a former steel town in Western Pennsylvania and started out in the mailroom at Creative Artists Agency, eventually working his way throught the ranks. He’s gone on to land lucrative contracts for stars such as Robert Downey Jr. and Tobey Maguire.
Lights twinkled in the trees as candles set the ceremony aglow, according to Us Weekly. Witherspoon, 35, walked down the aisle in a custom-designed gown by Monique Lhuillier. Toth showed off his tall and muscular physique in a fitted suit. Reese walked down the aisle to the traditional strains of Here Comes the Bride and the couple then exchanged rings designed by jeweler William Goldberg.
A handful of A-list actors made the exclusive invite list. Tinseltown heavyweights, including Renee Zellweger, Tobey Maguire, Salma Hayek, Matthew McConaughey, and Alyssa Milano were among the 100 invited guests. So were the bride’s children from her marriage to Crash actor Ryan Phillippe, Ava, 11, and Deacon, 7.
Witherspoon and Phillippe divorced in 2007. Witherspoon dated Spider-Man star Jake Gyllenhaal for three years before she began dating Toth. The marriage is the first for Jim.
